PREFERRED VENDOR SERVICES
01/ CALL-OUTS
BCM’s preferred vendor service agreement offers registered units a hassle-free call-out service billed at $75+GST per hour, starting at increments of 15 minutes. This rate applies to call-outs that are actioned between 8am and 6pm daily. See the service hours below for more information and the hours call out fee.Â
Our experienced team will take care of minor maintenance concerns in your unit as soon as possible. All approved fixes will be carried out within 48 hours or at the earliest time possible, subject to unit availability. The total cost (including tax) of repair items will be charged back to the owner or designated property manager upon service completion.
02/ SERVICE HOURS
$75+ GST hourly rate call-out fee applies to call-out requests made between the hours of 8 am – 6 pm daily. Any callouts requiring action between 6 pm – 8 am daily will be subject to an hourly rate of $120+GST, billed in increments of 15 minutes. All prices are listed in CAD, and the time is rounded to the nearest quarter-hour.

CALL-OUT SERVICE
BCM offers a hassle-free flat-rate call-out service starting from $75 plus GST. Our experienced team will promptly address minor maintenance concerns in your unit. All approved fixes will be carried out within 48 hours or at the earliest convenience, subject to unit availability. The total cost (including tax) of repair items will be charged back to the owner, see price schedule for more details.Â
NOTE: $75+ gst flat rate call out fee applies to call out requests made between the hours of 8am – 6pm daily. This fee covers the first hour of service, all call outs are billed at a minimum of one (1) hour. Additional time required will be billed in increments of 15 minutes ($18.75 per 15 minutes).
Call outs requests made after hours 6pm-8am daily, are subject to a call out fee of $120 which covers the first hour of service. Additional time required will be billed in increments of 15 minutes ($30 per 15 minutes).
All prices are listed in CAD, time is rounded to the nearest quarter-hour.
TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS
A dedicated technician will perform on-site inspections and communicate directly with owners or property managers for approvals and updates. Costs for parts, replacements, and specialized services will be charged separately. All work and repairs are subject to approval and resource availability.
QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
For specialized maintenance needs (e.g., electrical, plumbing), BCM will coordinate with certified local professionals. Costs for these services will be communicated upfront and charged separately.
EMERGENCY CONTACT
In the case of an emergency maintenance request, please contact our 24/7 emergency line 403-407-1220. This emergency number should only be used in the case of flooding, loss of power, loss of heating or loss of water within a unit. Use of this emergency line for non-qualifying requests are subject to additional charges. For any other emergencies, please dial 9-1-1.
