Short Term Rental Maintenance

As vacation rental owners ourselves, we know that first impressions matter. Our short-term rental maintenance service is designed to keep your units in top condition and ready for the next check-in.

Services Include:

  • Seasonal maintenance (e.g., furnace filters, A/C checks, smoke detector battery replacements)

Whether it’s a one-time fix or regular upkeep, we help you maintain 5-star standards for your Airbnb or VRBO property.

01/ CALL-OUT FEE

BCM offers registered units a hassle-free call-out service of $75+GST per hour, billed at increments of 15 minutes after the first hour. This rate applies to call-outs that are actioned between 8 am and 6pm daily. See the service hours below for more information and the hours call out fee. 

Our experienced team will take care of minor maintenance concerns in your unit as soon as possible. All approved fixes will be carried out within 48 hours or at the earliest time possible, subject to unit availability. The total cost (including tax) of repair items will be charged back to the owner or designated property manager upon service completion.

$75+ GST hourly rate call-out fee applies to call-out requests made between the hours of 8 am – 6 pm daily. Any callouts requiring action between 6 pm – 8 am daily will be subject to an hourly rate of $110+GST, billed in increments of 15 minutes. All prices are listed in CAD, and the time is rounded to the nearest quarter-hour.

For specialized maintenance needs (e.g., electrical, plumbing), BCM will coordinate with certified local professionals. Costs for these services will be communicated upfront and charged separately.
